Jim and I went to our one ultra sound appointment to hopefully find out what we were having, which was a challenge in its self. We weren't sure if Jim was going to be able to make it to the visit; of course we hoped he could make it but you never know with his work if that will be possible. I cant count how many times I called to try and change the appointment for a earlier time hoping someone had cancelled so that Jim could make it.
Well the day before the ultra sound we found out he could go!! yeah! Many of the family members were so sure this little baby was gonna be a girl (even started buying girl clothes) so when the ultrasound tech. towards the end of the visit said well see this here...That means its a BOY!!! we were surprised. He apparently was showing off the whole time! :) Many phone calls followed the appointment and all were shocked to hear Yes its a BOY!
Jims reaction was my favorite: he is at the end of the bed holding my feet watching the screen as he heard BOY he automatically say YES- I can take him snowboarding fishing skateboarding... Love it.
It was great to finally know what the little baby growing inside me was, I could finally go shopping!
Next thing to tackle... His Name.. and we all know how long that took us to pick out!
